BIOflex® FL is a 15 oz. matte finish, strong, indoor/outdoor, front-lit, biodegradable banner/billboard material for UV, solvent or screen-printing. Very similar in all around performance to Ultima Supreme, BIOflex has one major difference; in landfill conditions (darkness, high heat, moisture and lack of oxygen), it attracts microbes that break down the PVC within 3 to 5 years. BIOflex contains no toxic materials and is tear, fade and fungus resistant. Another great feature of BIOflex is that it is virtually curl-free making it perfect for use in trade show displays.

Polyester fabric encapsulated between two white vinyl layers. High tenacity polyester with semi-matte finish. This material is curl-free, flexible, flame resistant, lightweight, tear resistant, UV resistant and is unaffected by temperature changes.
8 oz. Oxford Cloth Dye Sublimated Fabric
True dye sublimation printing on 8 oz. polyester fabric. This imprint process uses heat and pressure causing the inks to turn into gas which then permeates the fabric down to the molecular level.
12 oz. Standard Vinyl
Micro-textured for a super smooth, highly consistent surface. Excellent color clarity and dot gain control. Herculite Blackout is formulated for the demanding screen and digital printer.
