	The hanger and kicker hardware is required when replacing an old banner with a new one using the Blade retractable banner stand. These rails attach to the banner with pre-attached VHB tape. Once attached the rails slide into the base and top rail of the banner stand. Price includes top and bottom hanging rails. Download Assembly Instructions
