Steel plate base is welded onto steel wire upright and banner support. Small steel ball finishes the ends of product. Sold in Pack of 3 units. Production Time: Allow 3 working days for printed graphics. Graphics are printed in full color on 12 oz. smooth vinyl. Production time begins the day after art proof approval.
