Can I return a custom imprinted product? No. When we produce products with custom imprinting, they are not returnable as they are useless to anyone but the person that ordered them. Returns will also not be accepted on product imprints that were approved by the customer but that contain errors. Cost of reprinting products due to customer approval of faulty artwork will fall solely on the customer. Any errors made on our part will be fixed, or a reprint will be authorized. It is very important that customers check their artwork carefully! |
