Return Policy

TradeShowPlus is a retailer of custom manufactured products that are unique to the specific needs of our customers. For this reason, custom manufactured products are not returnable unless there was an error in manufacturing.

TradeShowPlus will not be held responsible for missed event dates for any reason. Please order well ahead of your event. Unpack, assemble and check your order in advance of your event.

  • TradeShowPlus will not accept returns of custom manufactured hardware.
  • TradeShowPlus will not accept returns on custom imprinted graphics.
  • TradeShowPlus will not accept return of product that has been used.

Unwanted Returns

Should you need to return a product for any reason other than a warranty matter, TradeShowPlus reserves the right to carry out a full inspection of the product before accepting the return. All returns of this nature must be noted to a TradeShowPlus representative 72 hours after receipt of the product and will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Customers returning items will not receive a refund on original outgoing shipment costs. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Product should be returned complete with its original packaging. TradeShowPlus will not accept the return of a used or custom manufactured product.

Return Authorization

Customers who wish to return an item must obtain a return authorization prior to shipping the item back. The authorization will include a case number and shipping address for the return. TradeShowPlus will carry out a full inspection of the returns before deciding whether to accept the return and issue a refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations must be made in writing with acceptance of the cancellation confirmed by the TradeShowPlus customer service department. Cancellation of a production order that TradeShowPlus has produced, partially produced, or ordered raw materials for, may result in TradeShowPlus charging the customer for materials and labor costs if the order has entered production. TradeShowPlus reserves the right to charge the full price of the order if it is cancelled any time after the order has entered production. All cancelled orders are subject to administrative fees and credit card processing fees being deducted from the customer’s refund. All cancelled orders are subject to a minimum $50.00 cancellation fee.
